Olivia holds a First Class Honours Degree in Psychology, is completing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with a particular interest in the intersection of psychology and martial arts. She stays at the forefront of the latest research in performance psychology, bringing evidence-based strategies grounded in science directly to her coaching. Through her own training in combat sports, she has developed genuine insight into what fighters experience inside the gym and on fight night. Olivia is passionate about supporting athletes in reaching their full performance potential and developing confidence that can be applied in and outside the ring.
Drawing on evidence-based psychological principles, Olivia works with fighters to build the mental skills that close the gap between potential and performance: composure under pressure, trust in your ability, unwavering self-belief, and the resilience to push through when the stakes are highest.
